  • 1 box Turtles Assorted Chocolates
  • 2 cups cake crumbs chocolate or vanilla
  • 1/3 cup bittersweet or white chocolate
  • 2 cups candy melts
  • Sprinkles for decoration

  1. In a large bowl, with your hands, crumble the cake into small pieces. In another bowl, microwave 1/3 cup of chocolate chips, in 30 second increments, so that you don't burn the chocolate. Pour the chocolate into the cake crumbs and mix until it comes together and feels like playdoh.

  2. Take a popsicle stick and push it through one of the Turtles. Depending on how big you want to make your cakesicle, you can have 2 Turtles per popsicle stick. Place them on parchment paper and stick them in the freezer for 5-10 minutes.

  3. Melt the candy melts in a bowl in the microwave, in 30 second increments making sure to stir after every burst. Transfer to a tall glass or jar for dipping.

  4. Dip the cakesicles into the candy melts, letting the excess drip off. Place it on a piece of parchment paper to set. You can put it back into the fridge/freezer for a couple minutes to help it set quicker. Give the cakesicles another dip and again let it set.

  5. Melt coloured candy melts to decorate, you can use sprinkles, glitter or fun silver balls. To personalize the cakesicles with names, transfer some coloured candy melt into a piping bag.

    Have fun!
