  • 2 cups dark chocolate broken into chunks
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil melted
  • 1 cup rice cereal

  1. In a microwave safe bowl, melted the dark chocolate. Stirring the chocolate every 20 seconds to ensure the chocolate does not burn.

  2. Whisk in the melted coconut oil and a pinch of salt.

  3. Mix in the rice cereal and stir until the rice puffs and fully coated in chocolate.

  4. Transfer to a baking pan lined with parchment or wax paper. Top with pretty pink sprinkles and place in the freeze for 10-15 minutes until the chocolate has set.

  5. Remove the chocolate from the pan and chop into smaller pieces. Store in an airtight container in the fridge or freezer if you prefer! Enjoy!

Recipe Notes

I usually melted my chocolate over a double boiler but decided to try out the microwave method to see how it would work, and it works just perfectly!
