26 Apr HOW TO MAKE: EASY OVERNIGHT OATS
As a lazy morning person, this is seriously the best thing to happen to me since sliced bread.
Yield 1 mason jar
1 cup Large Flake Quaker Oats
1/2 cup fresh raspberries
1/4 cup pineapple, diced
1 cup plain Greek yogurt
1 tbsp maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp toasted coconut
In a medium bowl, mix together the Greek yogurt, Large Flake Quaker Oats, chia seeds, vanilla and the maple syrup. Grab a clean mason jar and layer the ingredients together however you like.
I like to make it look pretty because I eat with my eyes. My order of layering raspberries – greek yogurt mixture – fresh pineapples – raspberries – Greek yogurt – raspberries – coconut – granola (optional).
Honestly, this recipe is so forgiving, you could literally add any fruit, nut, spices you want.. maybe even chocolate!
