Five Easy Overnight Oats Recipes

My first week of my Overnight Oats challenge is complete! I’m just a lazy breakfast/morning person, most morning I just usually fast until about noon and then have lunch. By then I am ravenous and make pretty poor decisions. This week, I made five super simple and delicious Overnight Oats recipes that will help you start your mornings off right! They have flavours of my favourite desserts so if you have a sweet tooth like me, it’s like having dessert for breakfast!

 

Strawberry Shortcake Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup large flake oats
  • 1/3 cup almond milk
  • 1/3 cup Greek Yogurt
  • 1 heaping tbsp strawberry sauce/jam
  • 1/4 cup sliced strawberries
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup

Toppings

  • 1 tbsp coconut
  • 1 tbsp slivered almonds
  • 1 tbsp hemp hearts

Instructions

  1. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and transfer to a mason jar. Let steep overnight. Top with your favourite toppings and enjoy!

Banana Coconut Overnight Oats

Easy and delicious banana and coconut overnight oats!

  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • pinch salt

Toppings

  • 1 tbsp coconut

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl and transfer to a mason jar. Let steep overnight. Top with favourite toppings and enjoy!
