If you know me, you know that I'm a homebody. I love going out for nice dinners and checking out cool restaurants in the city but there's nothing that gives me more comfort than being at home. I do love hosting though! I love having our friends and family over for dinner, nothing fancy, all we need is good food and good company and we are happy! I use to find hosting parties to be exhausting but after my last holiday party, I am taking my own advice to spend less time in the kitchen and more time with my favourite people!
2017 seems like forever ago even though it's only just passed. It's been about two months since I left my job to pursue my dreams full-time. It's scary to think that I'm my own boss, photographer, editor and biggest critic. Having only fallen into this role less than a year ago, it seems like so much has happened since. I've met so many amazing people on this journey and most importantly learned so much about myself.
When I travel, I’m always on the hunt for cute, pink places. Always trying to get that cute coffee shot, find that pink house everyone’s been photographing and trying to find the next best thing to eat. Obviously the cuteness and pinkness scale varies depending on who I’m travelling with but it’s no surprise that when Joelle and I are together, you know we’re on the hunt.
